I welcome all of your comments and suggestions. Praise is always welcome, but so is constructive criticism. I don't mind you telling me I got it wrong once in a while - hopefully I don't do it too often! Your comments and suggestions allow me to assess my performance and, where necessary, to make improvements to the site. I will try to answer any questions as soon as possible, and will reply to you if you supply an active email address. Sometimes, systems fail, so If you have asked for a reply and my email reply to you fails, I will put a message on the home page (but not your full name or email address) asking you to get in touch again, maybe by supplying an alternative email address, if available. The message will be worded in such a way that you would know I was directing it to you. Your personal data (name and email address) is only obtained so I know how to contact you to acknowledge your comment/suggestion, or if you need a reply. I promise NOT to pass any of your personal data to anybody else unless you specifically request me to. If you have any memories of life in the town, and would like to share them with other readers on the Memory Lane page, feel free to send them in. I won't reveal your name or location on the site if you don't want me to, and will, if necessary, leave out anything which could identify anybody else, or for legal reasons. Please indicate in your message if you wish your memory to be included. Also, if you have photographs of old Warrington, you are welcome to send them to me. The maximum size for emails is 1MB - it will probably get returned by the server if it is any bigger - and I ask you to make sure individual images are no larger than 800 pixels wide - if they are smaller than that to start with, please don't enlarge them as it distorts the image and it makes them unsuitable for viewing online. PLEASE make sure you are the copyright owner or have the copyright owner's permission. And sorry, but I cannot make any payment for them, but a credit will be given, so don't forget to tell me how to credit your work. Thanks to everybody who has sent in feedback. The site is bringing back some good memories for many people. Keep it coming! Here are some examples: Excellent and informative, great pictures - has proved an invaluable resource in helping with school homework. Well done to you. Keep it up! Great site. Untold dedication. Keep going with the website, as it is a real diamond. I lived in Warrington from 1995 to 2003 and I miss a lot about it. Looking at the lovely photos on this site brings back some good memories. Just to let you know, I think your web site is very interesting and you have obviously put a lot of work into it. It is an enjoyable, interesting and very informative site. Reading Tour 1, I could imagine all the places mentioned. Thanks for the memories reminded me of times I had forgotten, being able to walk for miles around town with no traffic worries Enjoyed looking at photos of my old home town left 11 years ago though I go back often. A most enjoyable and entertaining site.... Fond memories of final closure [Carrington Wire, My Warrington page], Worked there 20yrs. Good people won't ever forget. Liked your feature. Just discovered your site. I think it is marvellous. I have read all of it twice! I have enjoyed looking at it, especially the buses. This site just gets better and better each time I view it. I may be settled here now in Manchester but will be "returning often" to Warrington via this site. I take my hat off to you...you have created such a great web site. Thank you so much for the pleasure of looking at your site...it is without doubt a first class effort to bring back "All Our Yesterdays". This site is so good it should be connected to the town's Information Centre site. I came across your site by accident, and I am now full of admiration for the way you have set it up. Keep up the great work, I cannot praise you enough for the memories that were stirred up.
